Customer Presence
Customer or designated representative must be present during the move

Communication & Data Privacy
Phone numbers provided for SMS notifications are not shared
Personal information is used only for moving coordination
Payment
Payment due in full upon completion of move
Accepts cash, credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App
Credit card name must match ID; signature required
Additional Work
Extra services may be rescheduled based on availability
Previously scheduled commitments are prioritized
Item Restrictions
Unsanitary or unsafe items not moved
Children and pets must stay clear of moving area
Non-Routine Moving
Kobe Moving is not liable for damages caused by:
Standing items on end
Tight spaces or sharp turns
Overcrowded areas or difficult stairways
Adverse weather conditions
Hazardous Materials
No flammable or hazardous materials transported
Damage Claims
Claims must include detailed description and photos

Limits of Liability
Not responsible for customer-packed items (jewelry, electronics, firearms)
No liability for mechanical/electronic items
Items in customer’s vehicle or rental trucks not covered
Damage to soft flooring not our responsibility
Appliance disconnect/reconnect assistance only; no plumbing/electrical liability
Major appliances must be emptied
Pressed board or simulated wood furniture (including IKEA) not repairable
